The emphasis here is on the Executive or Manager in the workplace.

Coaching has been shown to help leaders develop a clearer understanding of their roles and responsibilities. When leaders are more confident about what they need to do, they are better able to motivate employees and mobilise them for action.  Ultimately, these leaders are better equipped to meet organisational goals.

How does Executive/Business coaching happen?

A needs analysis is conducted to assess the coaching requirements of the Executive both within the personal context, and also in relation to the organisational goals and the outputs required of the Executive in his/her professional capacity.   Individual skills gaps and desired performance outcomes are identified.  Learning and development interventions are aligned to corporate strategic objectives.

A coaching program consists of scheduled face–to-face interventions, as well email & telephonic support. A typical program would last 10-12 weeks with an average of 10-12 face-to-face sessions within that period.  Depending on the particular needs identified however, a program may be longer or shorter than the average. 

Group coaching sessions may also be recommended in conjunction with individual growth programs, to improve team cohesion and effectiveness in meeting strategic objectives in the short and long term.

Upon completion of the coaching program, the effectiveness thereof in achieving business results is evaluated to determine a return on investment.
