When would one make use of Group/Team Coaching?
A Group/Team Coaching intervention would be very effective in one or more of the following situations;
Through a facilitated process with the business leader, a strategic analysis of the current status of the team, its performance levels & team dynamics to identify areas of required growth. The business leader and coach set new strategic objectives are set for the team as a whole and for each team member over the next 12 weeks.
The nature & purpose of coaching intervention and the new targets are presented in an initial facilitated group coaching session to obtain commitment and buy-in. Coaching takes place both with the team and with each individual team member concurrently. This is crucial to ensure maximum buy-in and uniform growth of the team and its members.
Coaching sessions are held on-site weekly for the 12 weeks. The sessions are supported by unlimited email support, telephonic support if required. Continuous assessment is conducted of the status of the individuals and the team, its new performance levels & team dynamics to assess the effectiveness of the program against actual goals set.
Final performance against goals set is measured in order to assess the actual return on investment and presented at a review meeting.
